The front bands are average sized. Though, the rings on his hat are purple, that have gold outer rings, and are tied together by dark brown bands. In the middle of the ring bands, is a miniature human skull. (Obviously, it's fake, but it doesn't look ominous at all.) Though, it is smooth, and the cross-gaurd is well made, with a swirl on either side. The pommle is a circle with a hole, but with a purple ruby given to him by Autumn. He made the handle on his own with wood he stole. The blade was stolen too.
Shield: He currently does not have a shield. Though, he is extrememly good with dodging, escpecially with his natual reflexes.
Sub weapon: A boot in the...
Inventory: Nothing but a cracked bottle and a brownesh photograph of Autumn. (Sorry, I don't know that style name. It's the kind of photograph used in the late 1800s and earl 1900s. Kinda' light brown-orange, you know?) He also has a piccolo given to him by Autumn.
Skills: Being an urchin, askin' fer' shillings. He has a piccolo, and he can play it very well. Though, some songs are a bit ominous. They can turn from a happy and joyous songs, but then he gets into a somewhat trance, and it turns tumultuos. He claims that when he had gotten lost in the woods, a group of ominous skull kids held him down, and did something to him, making him like that. He currently doesn't know what happened. He is also fast. Also, he can play a little bit of lute.
History: He looked at his piccolo, and looked at Autumn. People gathered around the pair, and as Autumn began to play her piccolo, so did Obi.
Obi had always been a rejected urchin by the docks of Lake Hylia. For as long as he could remember, he was like that, until he visited the Lost Woods. He soon got lost, and became very frightened. Shortly after becoming lost, he was taken by a group of ominous and chuckling skull kids. They took him, and befriended him, teaching him how to play a piccolo, and a little bit of lute. But, soon, they began to scare him. They would take him, and beat him for no reasons. They would scare him by trying to feed him to wolfos, and throw him in between packs of unarmed but strong stalfos. They would also dunk his head into the ponds and bogs of the dirty waters until he nearly drowned, and take his head back out, only to repeat the process. They would tie him to trees, and kick him relentlessly, and strike him in his waist, causing the air to be struck out, followed by multiple chokes that caused him much halusination. Anyone who went near the entrance to the woods could hear his cries for mercy and help, his pleas for the pain and hell to cease. One day, the biggest of the group took a splintered piece of wood, and tried to kill Obi, stabbing him many times, though not deep enough or vital enough to kill him, until he finally aimed for the heart. Luckily, a kokiri found him near the entrance to the woods, and saved him. Sadly, the kokiri was killed instead. Obi never knew what had happened to the skull kids.
Instead of returning to Lake Hylia, Obi moved to Castle Town, and became an urchin there. He used his plush-doll like appearence to survive, and he did well. But, one day, a scream erupted from the north section. Following the path, he found that it came from a little girl, only slightly younger than him, though an inch or two taller. A scrubby boy had stolen her purse, and blasted through the crouds. Obi with his speed, caought up to the ruffian, and took the purse. He then had a sudden urge to give it back to it's original owner, and so he did. After returning it, Obi noticed that the girl was probably from a noble family, for her blue dress was fair and elegant. He was delighted to recive a pluck on the cheek by her, and generously, she also gave him a purple rupee. The next day, they met, and she told him her name. It was Autumn, because her parents loved the mid-season autumn. He told her that he didn't have a name(And that was true) and so she decided to name him. She called him Obi.
The two soon became friends, and became very close. She never seemed to mind the fact that he was a beggar, and said that she prefered him being a one. But soon, a tragic thing happened. Devastating the noble family, Autumn's parents were killed by thieves. Even if they had survived, they still died, due to the fact that the thieves had also burned their mansion. Autumn then became adopted by a nobleman. Though, this didn't affect their friendship.
Soon after the adoption, Obi noticed that Autumn showed up to the town square(where they would always meet) with clothes that looked like rags and carpets. She would have bruises and cuts all across her once bright and cheery face. Her auburn hair that once radiated with life was now just auburn hair. Her blue eyes that had always glowed in the sun now seemed damp in the rain and in sun. Also, Obi noticed that her stomache rumbled very often, and he asked what was going on. The noble man who addopted her had done the deed so that she would onl work for him. He would not buy propper clothes, and would only pay the tailor meager amounts of money to make clothe shaped-rags. She was also under fed, and not well nurished. She was also usually damp, because her new master's ideas of a quality shower for her was just to pin her down with a hose, causing her clothes to become damp, making the nights a worse torture than labor due to the relentless cold. Though, Obi fixed that problem, by stealing, begging, or buying food(with money he begged for) and shared it with her. Even when she became ill, he would buy medicine, and fetch water for her. He even gave her his outer-shirt(which was riddled with holes, so it really didn't help exept slightly drying her inner garbs. She had nothing to pay him with, and so she did the only thing she could. Taught him more about the piccolo. The two were delighted that they both knew how to play, and so they did. They would constantly laugh, and and play cames at the town square like tag, hide-and-seek, and catch. (With a tied up clump of leftover cloth used to make Autumn's dirty garbs. Soon, a man named Tarree heard their delightful tunes, and spread the word. Crouds would gather and pay money to hear their tunes, which made life eisier.
Things once again went up hill, but like before, tumbled down. The nobleman who had addopted Autumn had a nephew by the name of Geldo, who noticed strange things. When Autumn had gotten sick, she had recieved medecine from Obi, which she had one day brought home. Noticing this, Geldo asked her where she had gotten it from, but she would not tell. She knew that Geldo had liked her, and she would not run the risk of telling him of Obi. Though, soon, he found out, seeing them perform together. He took the money given, and jumped Obi to the hard ground. Being 16, he overpowered Obi, and beat him badly, doing the things did to him originally by the skull-kids, then taking Atumn back to the mansion, and leaving Obi shattered.
The following day, Autumn met with Obi, but for news not enjoyed. She had told him that that would be the last day they would meet, for Geldo now knew of their close friendship. They tried to make the best of the day, but that cold day of autumn was harsh. Rain poured down, as Geldo came to take Autumn back. She was litterally dragged back to the mansion, crying and pleading that she would not be seperated from such a dear friend. Obi could only watch, tears flooding his face like that called upon Hyrule so many years ago. Suddenly, a strange feeling came to Obi. His senses hazed, as he felt dizzy. Without knowing it, he began to chuckle. His chuckles soon turned into wild and tumoultuous laughter, as he picked up his piccolo. He then played a tune that someohow light a fire in the cold rain of the dark night. The flames danced wildly, and a bazarr and wild taboo was created. Geldo was in total fear, as somhow dark lights began to flow from the scene, scaring Geldo off before he was hurt.
The following morning, Obi woke up, an anxious, frightened and worried Autumn looking back. As he sat up, she squeezed him until his lungs went dry, and he had no idea what had happened the previous day. She explained to him the sitiuation, and he responded. He said that for some reason, he felt that the skull kids he had met in the past had something to do with it. But, it didn't matter. The incedent had scared Geldo so badly, that he and his uncle had un-addopted her.
That day was in Autumn, a happy and cheery day, even though it once again rained.
Currently, Obi and Autumn remain in Castle Town, just letting time push on. Autumn has been readopted, this time by Tarree, and is being treated much better. They are still extremely close friends, and are living happily. Though, little do the two know, Geldo plots a reprecussion. Though, the most curious thing to Obi is what happened with the skull kids, and what had happened to him.
