Name: Kaar
Race: Rito
Age: 18
Height: 5’8
Weight: 135
Hair color, style: Long black hair, tangled and unkempt. It goes down to the bottom of his shoulder blades and many wonder if he dyes it to keep it so dark.
Beak type: Crow type beak, slightly longer than a humans nose.
Wingspan/type/coloration: Long and narrowish his wings are covered in glossy black, and somewhat ruffled, feathers.
Nationality: Tetra isles
Description: His red eyes are wild and savage yet show a hidden intelligence and cunning. His tan skin is slightly darker from living outdoors with pale scars here and there. He wears the usual reddish brown outfit of a Rito guard, though his outfit is ripped and torn. It is also covered in random blood stains though they are hard to see against his clothing and one can’t be too sure that it’s all his blood, if they can tell it’s blood. He wears no sandals and goes barefoot, and as a result his feet have more small scars than the rest of him. A thin chain around his neck holds a Grip Ring, which once belonged to his brother. He has never used it and never will.
Personality: Psychotic and murderous, Kaar is not someone you want to mess with. He never stays in a good mood for long, one moment having a nice chat with you and the next feeding you to a hungry Gyorg. If he does stay in a good mood, something’s up. He often flies around the Tetra Isles looking for someone to ‘play with’. That is, rip them to pieces and feed them to the fishies. If he finds someone who is hard to kill he takes it as a fun challenge and will hunt him/her till he either kills or can’t find him/her. If he finds someone he actually can’t kill, he shows a sort of respect for him/her. Though, he will try to best them every now and then. He enjoys the taste of blood and some may call him a cannibal though he will claim he’s not and say, “Now if I ate a Rito I would be a cannibal.” Though he rarely says it in a way anyone will understand, Kaar hates himself for reasons in his history.
Weapon: None, he uses his sharpened nails in human form and his talons in flight.
Shield: Metal strapped to his lower arms and lower legs. The metal on his legs does not morph with him and protects them when he uses his talons.
Sub-weapon: None
Inventory:

Tool: Bottle (empty)

Skills: Hunting, swordplay (yeah, weird huh?), manipulation, killing.
History:
Kaar was born and raised on Dragon Roost with his brother and lead an uneventful life, until pirates killed his father. Young and naive, Kaar and his brother vowed to avenge their father. He was about ten then. Eventually their life became normal again and on Kaar’s thirteenth birthday he traveled up Dragon Roost and earned his wings. From then on he started training as a guard, having never had any interest in being a postman.
He worked as a guard for a few years and when he was sixteen he heard that the pirates had returned to the Tetra Isles. Remembering his vow he told his brother. His brother had though that Kaar had forgotten the vow and tried to keep him from going, even getting the help of their mother. Kaar, angry with his brother and mother, flew off after the pirates alone.
After two days of endless flight Kaar found the pirates. They were Gerudo, the fierce red haired women of the sea. Sneaking onto the ship Kaar tried to find the captain but was spotted by one of the thieves. A battle quickly followed, in which Kaar dispatched two of the women with his short blade. He was fighting another when he was hit by an arrow from behind, which caused him to take a blow to the head.
He fell off the ship and would have died had it not been for his brother, who had followed him. He woke at Dragon Roost several days later, his mother and brother were relieved that he was okay. But he wasn’t. He recovered and at first it seemed everything was fine. Then some of the other guards noticed that he was angered easier and it was suggested he take a break. From there things went slowly but steadily down hill.
Kaar’s temper grew worse and he was capable of becoming angry in the blink of an eye. His brother entered his room one time, wishing to speak with him about his anger. Kaar wasn’t there and his brother found him on a high ledge, playing with a rat’s bone, and the rest to the creature lying on the ground next to him. Thoroughly unnerved, his brother told his mother and both of them spoke to him a couple days later.
When they spoke Kaar seemed calm. But his brother mentioned their father, saying he would be disappointed in him for this anger. Suddenly Kaar attacked them, yelling -among other things- the he was the one who tried to avenge him, not his brother. The next thing Kaar knew he was holding his brothers Grip Ring and his mother and brother were on the ground next to him in a pool of blood. Slowly he came to his senses and was horrified at what he had done. In his last moments of sanity Kaar banished himself from Dragon Roost, taking the Grip Ring with him.
He is now often seen flying with a flock of Kargarocs and they treat him as one of their own, fighting and squabbling with him over food and other things. When it is cold and they huddle together he can be found somewhere in the middle of the group. The birds don't care for him as many would think. They would kill him in a fight like they do with each other. Many Rito who have been to or lived at Dragon Roost know of Kaar and avoid him at all times. He now wears his brothers Grip Ring on a chain around his neck and he has been known to kill people for just looking at it the wrong way, killing them right off not his usual 'playing'.
Note: I didn’t include the Grip Ring in his inventory because he doesn’t use it. Anyone is free to play his brother, deciding whether his mother lived or not. If you do play him, please PM me to tell me. And remember to include the stuff here in the history.
