Mar swooped down from the clouds and rested on the edge of a cliff in the canyons. It was nearing sunset. He ahd flown all day, and made sure to keep high in the clouds in hopes of losing Adira, a Gerudo who had decided to follow him in hopes of finding the Legion Hero.
I'm not even looking for the Legion Hero... Mar had thought to himself multiple times during their encounter. He took the time to give his arms some rest as they turned into human limbs and his talons into human legs, letting out a sigh as he looked on into the canyon.

As she rode into the desert, she was home again.
Oh for the love of..
She let out a sigh, "seems I lost him. Why would he come in here. Granted my people won't see him flying so high, but why here?"
Adira let her horse walk a few feet into the canyon. A little ways away, there it was. She left in the middle of night. She was wondering if they knew she left. Adira looked to the tops of the jagged rocks.
"I should just go home.."

Mar caught Adira in the corner of his eye, and quickly ducked behind the rocks.
Jeez..!!

The horse let out a huff.
"I'm sorry. We should just go home now," Adira motioned the horse to move. But it wouldn't budge for the moment.
"Alright, you can rest," she said to it, "but not too long. We have to explain why we left."

Mar's head poked out of the edge of the cliff as he saw Adira, and from the look on her face, she had lost hope. Mar knew that this was what he was driving at, but...
He decided to wait and see what would happen next.

Adira got off her horse and gently took it to a side. She leaned her body on the rocks. Her eyes gazed over the tops of the rocks. She was adjacent to Mar, but she didn't see his head poking out.
"I wonder why everyone wants to avoid me," she said to the horse. She took out a carrot and fed it to her. The horse made a noise a kin to a sigh and ate its carrot.

Mar hid back behind the rocks, sighing himself. He couldn't take flight right now, she'd see him. Groaning, he sat there and waited.

Adira felt eyes on her.. or someone was watching her. She looked around but saw nothing. After a few moments, her horse let out a groan of its own. Adira looked at her horse. She fed it another carrot.
"Come on, you can make it home. It's not far!" she said grabbing the horse by its reigns.
She started to take it to a water source. "You want water before we go home?"
The horse let out another sigh.

Mar saw that she was looking the other way. He took his chance and lept off the cliff further Westward, flying as fast as he could.

As the horse was drinking, Adira looked behind her. She still felt eyes on her for a spilt second. As she turned her head she saw Mar flying off.
"Why is he here?" she said. She cursed under her breath at her drinking horse and her lack of flight.

Mar continued westward for a while. He dropped down low into the canyons, and parked right beside a river. As he kneeled down to drink, he heard rustling around him, and kept his eyes open.....

The horse looked up with a rather annoyed look on its face. Adira was already mounting it and riding in the general direction.

Mar continued drinking. He heard the rustling again and reached back for his weapon, but before he could do anything he was shot with a net.
"Oomph!!" He rolled across the ground, completely tied in it, and was dragged away at high speeds by an unseen enemy, leaving nothing but the remnants of a brief struggle by the riverside. He was headed for the Gerudo Fortress.

Adira stopped by the river. She slapped her forehead as she saw the signs of a struggle.
"They captured him... didn't they.."
Adira galloped to the Gerudo Fortress. She wanted to go home, but not on these terms.
